Chief Executive Officer
Ken is a serial entrepreneur and technology executive with over 30 years of experience founding, scaling, and exiting companies. He founded TaskEasy, growing it from a basement idea into a company managing nearly 800,000 single-family properties before its acquisition by WorkWave. He also founded Oakley Networks, a cybersecurity company acquired by Raytheon for nearly a quarter billion dollars (now Forcepoint), where he subsequently served as Vice President of Technology leading multi-billion dollar M&A activity. A University of Utah graduate in Finance and Mathematics, Ken serves on the Silicon Slopes Board of Directors and is an active supporter of Utah's technology ecosystem. At SecondAppraisal, he is applying his expertise in AI and technology to transform how vehicle owners navigate total-loss insurance claims.

Jonathon brings over 13 years of insurance claims expertise spanning total-loss evaluation, liability, damages analysis, and financial modeling. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Oklahoma and carries CPCU and AIDA professional designations. His career includes roles at Crawford & Company, Eberl Claims Service, and Auto-Owners Insurance, where he handled multi-state claims, evaluated economic damages, and negotiated settlements across auto liability, total loss, and bodily injury lines. Licensed as an adjuster in seven states, Jonathon combines deep industry knowledge with quantitative rigor to ensure SecondAppraisal clients receive fair and well-documented valuations.
