Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 29, 2026
Our commitment
SecondAppraisal is committed to making our website and services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the Level AA standard, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML and label interactive controls so they work with screen readers and keyboards.
- Maintain sufficient color contrast and support both light and dark themes.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Design forms and the consultation flow to be operable without a mouse.
- Review new features for accessibility as part of our development process.

Please describe the issue, the page or document involved, and the assistive technology you're using (if any). We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Ongoing improvement
We periodically review our site against WCAG 2.1 AA and address issues we find. If a third-party component on our site doesn't fully meet our standards, we work to remediate it or provide an accessible alternative. This statement will be updated as our accessibility efforts evolve.
