CCC ONE is a vehicle valuation platform operated by CCC Intelligent Solutions and used by some of the largest US auto insurers — including State Farm, GEICO, and USAA, among many others. It generates valuation reports that list comparable vehicles along with adjustments applied to each before rendering a final value.

- CCC's adjustments are based on a published methodology, but the report's summary page often does not provide the underlying math.
- The most-disputed CCC adjustments are condition (subjective), mileage (formulaic), options (which may be OEM or Aftermarket) that are not accounted for, and 'typical negotiation discount' (roughly 4-7% off advertised prices).
- You have the right to request the full CCC report, and it is a good idea to do so before accepting any offer.

Your consultation and offer review are free. The Appointed Appraiser Service is $495. It includes the Appraisal Research, our appointment as your appraiser under your insurance policy's appraisal clause, determining the amount of loss with your insurer's appraiser, and the appraisal award letter.
At least $1,000 more, or your fee is waived. This applies once we accept your consultation and serve as your appraiser. The starting point is your insurer's offer on the day we accept. If the appraisal award, or a higher offer your insurer makes instead, is less than $1,000 above it, we waive our $495 Appointed Appraiser Service fee.
