HTTP 409

The borrower withdrew permission to report this referral's progress to you, so it can't be changed: an edit, a cancel, an attestation and a simulation are each refused, before anything else about the request is checked against the referral. Nothing is written. Reading the referral shows status: reporting_withdrawn and the fields you supplied.

The problem body

Sent as application/problem+json, with the request id in request_id and the X-Request-Id header. Branch on code: the error and detail sentences can change, and some operations add members of their own.
